Anxiety Bgone is a bespoke business that offers 1-1 tailored support to individuals experiencing anxiety, using the Emotional Freedom Technique otherwise known as 

EFT or Tapping

The support is either offered live online, hosted by WhatsApp or Zoom, 

or as a face to face session at your home or in the environment where you experience your anxiety

Group sessions

The sessions last for approximately 1 ½  hours depending on the circumstances of the issue being dealt with. The sessions can be booked as a package or as individual sessions depending upon your preferences

Group sessions

Group sessions are available online or in a workshop setting, whereby a small number of people experiencing the same anxiety attend together. These sessions can be arranged by the individuals themselves or by attending an online group session, organised through this website.

What To Expect

The first session

The first  ½ an hour of the first session is free. This time is used to explore and demonstrate to you the wonderful calming results that EFT has to offer.


This time can be used to help calm your anxiety about attending the session as often people don't know what to expect or how it will work to support them, and in so doing you experience the calming rewards.  

Opening the door

A safe space is created to open the door for the reason of your visit, where the opportunity arises to explore the anxiety that you wish to manage or resolve.



Self Help Tool

 The technique is taught to you and in so doing it empowers you to take control as and when you need to feel calmer independently, giving you the freedom that you desire in stressful situations.
